He looks like a statue and you can watch people walk and never even realize he is alive. It's all part of the act for Marcel Pugliese, a 31-year- old mime whose stage name is "The Silver Man." Dressed completely in silver, including a glittery cap, silver theatrical make-up and spray-painted basketball sneakers, Pugliese is an Atlantic City resident who studied dance at The Juilliard School in New York City. He dreamed up his character about three years ago, while looking for a way to earn extra cash.
